Lakhs of PUBG fans in India are eagerly awaiting the official launch of PUBG Mobile India, but it seems that the Indian version of the mobile game will not be re-launched anytime soon after the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) has yet to give PUBG Corporation or any new company a go-ahead to re-launch the popular game in India.
Any banned entity cannot operate by floating a new entity alone. This can even be done by Tik Tok or anyone else. An unnamed ministry official affiliated with MeitY told Inside Sport that they will have to obtain permits from MEITY to operate again in India.
It has been learned that the officials of the newly formed entity have asked the MEITY for a meeting to address the government’s concerns, but an answer has yet to be received by the officials.
When will they officially launch PUBG Mobile India in India?
According to the latest reports, PUBG Mobile India is highly unlikely to be released in India by February 2021. Earlier, it was widely reported that by the first week of December, the game would be launched in India, but those reports turned out to be false.

A few websites have recently reported that Pubg Mobile India’s APK download links have been spotted on the official website. The connection, though was redirecting users to the company’s official Facebook handle.
